Özhan Atalay has a bachelor degree in Istanbul University Business Administration. Completed language education in England Participated to different courses and training programs in and abroad that includes “Leadership and Transformation” at IMD Business School Lausanne.Atalay is a Certified Management Consultant, holds CPA License as well. ICBC – Institute of Certified Business Consultants Delaware USA.

He started his business life at STFA Construction Company. After ten years of private sector experience; Founded SkoR Management Consultancy Co firm Provided services accounting and finance, IT / ERP systems setup, international tax planning with the Turkey partner of British company called JeffCote Donnison.

Atalay developed a hotels-specific ERP System named “SkoR Financials” with a UK firm, provided installation and support. Atalay returned to professional life after a period; as CFO at Hitay Holding, continued as Deputy General Manager at Schindler Elevators Turkey, General Manager at Premdor Masonite Door Co, Deputy GM at Muratlı Paper Production, General Manager at Vega Construction Co, Interim GM at Century 21 Turkey and ERA Real Estate Turkey.

Atalay, is the author of two printed books called 'Manager's Failure Guide' and 'The Seller Who Creates His Customer' and a digital book called 'Real Estate Consultant Handbook'. .
